One platform for the study material, the events and the people who run them.

Product x Masaryk University
The association
MIMSA is the students' association for over 700 international medical students at Masaryk University, covering General Medicine, Dentistry, Physiotherapy and Pre-Med. It runs their events, their study material, their partner discounts and their membership.
All of it runs on one platform in Next.js, React, Convex and Clerk, deployed on Vercel with separate development and production environments.
02
Six years, sixteen subjects, one place
The Study Hub
The Study Hub organises every subject by year across six year-groups and sixteen subjects, so a first-year looking for immunology notes goes to one place and finds it, and searches rather than browses.
03
A front page that persists
Events in public
A public events timeline gives the association a front page that persists. Events stay findable after they happen instead of disappearing down a social feed, which makes the timeline as much a showcase for the union and the faculty as a utility for students.
04
Membership and cards
Members and cards
Members sign in through Clerk to reach the portal, their partner discounts and a membership card generated as a PDF on demand, with card IDs tracked so one cannot be issued twice.
05
Content the committee manages itself
Run by the committee
The committee runs the site themselves through an admin portal: events, committee profiles, site assets, discounts and Study Hub structure are all editable without a developer. An audit log records who changed what, a deleted-items archive makes removals recoverable, and admin presence shows who else is editing.
